How do you rate your stay?

I would rate it a 3 out of 5 stars

What were your favorite things about the Playa del Carmen resort?

We walked a lot. It was great because with our son being 18 months old we had to keep moving. The food was pretty good as well and the staff was very friendly. Great people taking care of you.

What were your least favorite things about the resort?

We did not like the kid shows being so late, The pool was too cold for most people.

I don't like having to make a reservation, if you didn't make one you were stuck eating at buffet no other choice. We saw many people missing the reservations they should have walk in room also.

What are your best tips for future travelers to the hotel and/or destination?

Bring bug spray, night time you will get eaten up and the sand flees are pretty bad as well.

If you have children under 4 use the baby sitting service they are great. My husband and I were able to eat in peace a few nights.

Who would you recommend this all inclusive resort too?

Recommended for families mostly. If you don't want to be around children this is not a resort for you. I have never seen so many strollers in one place in my life! It was great for us!
